number. Simply, call the toll-free access number, enter
your PIN and then dial the phone number of the person
you are calling. If you are a new customer, our customer
support team will call you to verify your order.
2. What if I do not want to use
pin no?
Our New package provides pin less dialing. You just have
to dial the Toll Free no and then the destination no,
there is no need to dial the pin no.
3. Can I use my Phone Card to dial
another country other than the country I originally bought
the card for?
Yes, however, the rates that are advertised on the web
only apply to the specific country in which the card was
intended. Please visit the respective rate page for the
destination
4. If my Phone Card expires can I be reimbursed for the
unused portion of the card?
No please make sure to exhaust your Phone Card prior to
90 days from the date of purchase. But some cards have
no expiration date, Please see the card details For expiration

5. Why should I have to wait for
my account to be activated before receiving my pin #?

when calling a cell phone

12. If a card has a weekly fee how
it will be charged?
If a card has a weekly fee it will be deducted after the
first call and then it will not be deducted until the
next week.
13. What if the rate on the site differs from the rate
on the calling package purchased.
If the rates on the site differs from the rate of the
calling package, customers are requested to contact us
as soon as possible and should not use the card. If they
use the card without contacting us then they will get
the mins which prompted on the calling package and not
on the site.
